Individual counseling is for individuals desiring a safe place to identify, process and redeem their past hurts and current concerns with the support of a licensed therapist. Individual Counseling allows individuals the opportunity to explore one’s feelings, beliefs and behaviors in order to better understand oneself and work towards the desired goals. Individual Counseling can be useful in dealing with some of the following concerns: anger, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, marriage/relationship challenges, ministry challenges, parenting problems, school difficulties, career changes, etc.
